The clearer and more thoroughly you communicate with your staff, the fewer incidents of miscommunication you will have.

Transparency is important. You can keep certain records, plans, and more private, and may decline to answer some things where necessary. But know that the more transparency you display, the more your employees will trust you. Don’t lie to your employees or withhold information that is not private.
