Chaps Pit Beef, once featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives”, is famous for its charcoal pit beef sandwiches. MBB Management understands the unique challenges franchises face, especially when the flagship location is a sacred dining institution.

MBB Management and Chaps Pit Beef plan to expand without sacrificing quality, taste or experience. Bob Creager, owner and operator of Chaps Pit Beef, plans to simplify the menu for franchised Chaps Pit Beef locations while not sacrificing the famous charcoal pit flavor customers know and love.
