I had a manager years ago who used to always say “promise less and deliver more”. Exceptional service is hard to pull off- and trust me it is, or everyone would be doing it.
Making core values and brand promises is a great way to remind your employees what you stand for. Everyone in your organization must know that guest service is paramount to you . I always keep the mind set that I can do anything. Just that simple thought empowers me to deliver that extra step.
